Service Description

GPTmySMS provides AI-powered conversational assistance via SMS. Users opt-in by sending an inbound text message to our toll-free number. This is a user-initiated service where customers text questions and receive AI-generated responses from OpenAI ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude models.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• No automated or bulk messaging
• No harassment or spam
• Service for individual use only
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures

Credit System

• New users receive 25 free credits
• 1 credit = 1 message (your question or our response)
• Purchase additional credits via website or SMS
• Credits never expire
• All sales are final - no refunds except as required by law

Message Limits

To prevent abuse, we may implement rate limiting. Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions.

Privacy

Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers. We do not store message content longer than necessary for service delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Service Availability
